In order to provide the best quality and consumer safe food, meeting the expectations and needs of our customers, Friends Food Export Co. (FFECO) recognizes the critical role of food safety processes.
Our systems and procedures are designed and maintained in accordance with applicable legal, regulatory, and stakeholders' requirements pertaining to quality & food safety, and encourage individual employee ownership of quality and food safety.
To comply with policy requirements, Friends Food Export Co. (FFECO) ensures:

The management is committed to continually improving the Food Safety Management System, that includes setting annual measurable objectives and targets and providing sufficient resources to implement plans that address quality and consumer safety risks.

Regularly report and review food safety performance, objectives and targets, improvement activities, and compliance programs that are compatible with the context and strategic direction of Friends Food Export Co.

Recognizing that food processing areas must be maintained to a high standard of cleanliness and food handled in a way to ensure it does not become contaminated during its preparation, storage, delivery, and distribution.

Provide relevant food safety information and training to all workers and others within the organization so that they understand their responsibility for Quality and Consumer Safety.

Anticipate and respond to developing issues of food safety and public concerns.

Ensure that the food Safety Policy is effectively implemented and publicly available for interested parties.

Food Defense measures are implemented to protect products, processes, facilities, and supply chains from intentional contamination, sabotage, or malicious activities through controlled access, monitoring and security procedures.

Food Fraud prevention system has been established to minimize risks associated with economically motivated adulteration, substitution, misrepresentation, or supply chain deception through approved supplier management, vulnerability assessment, and verification controls.
It’s the responsibility of the top management to communicate and implement this policy throughout interested external and internal parties.
